Reindolf Monnie Global Wellness ("we") is operated by Reindolf Monnie. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Reindolf Monnie Global Wellness offers meditation, wellness and spiritual support. Practitioners are not medical or mental-health clinicians, and nothing offered here is a diagnosis, medical treatment, or a cure for any physical or mental-health condition. Sessions are complementary to professional care and are not a substitute for it.
1. What we collect
We keep only what is needed to answer you and arrange sessions:
- Contact details — your name, email address, and a telephone number if you choose to give one.
- Enquiry details — which service you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box.
- Messages — anything you write through the contact form or by email.
- Technical data — IP address and browser type in server logs, used for security.
We do not ask for and do not want medical records, diagnoses or treatment history. If you choose to mention health matters in a message or session note, that information is treated with the same care as everything else you share.
2. Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and agree the details of a session.
- To arrange a session and send joining details once it is agreed.
- To send any reminder before a session.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we never sell or rent it.
3. Who we share it with
Nobody, except in these specific cases:
- Our email and hosting providers, who store data on our instructions.
- A group organiser, for group sessions, so they know who is attending and how to contact you on the day.
- Lawyers or authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.
We do not sell or share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. One technical cookie is used to keep your session valid while you fill in a form, so that it cannot be submitted twice or hijacked. It holds no personal information and disappears when you close the browser.
There is no online payment on this website, so no payment provider sets cookies here. If you pay us by another method, that is arranged between us directly and is covered by the same privacy promise above.
5. How long we keep it

After these periods, the information is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Send you a copy of it.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete it, where we are not legally required to keep it.
- Withdraw permission for any future contact.

7. Sensitive information
Please do not send sensitive personal information by email or through the contact form. If something sensitive comes up in a session, it stays between you and Reindolf Monnie and is not written into any record kept on this website.
8. Children
These sessions are for adults. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to arrange and be present for their session, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Security
- The site should be served over HTTPS in production.
- Form input is validated and escaped on the server.
- No card or bank details are ever requested or received through this website.
- Enquiries are held in a private folder that the server blocks from direct browser access, so they cannot be opened by typing a web address.
- Every enquiry is written to that private folder, so a message is never lost.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care and we will tell you promptly if anything affects your information.
10. Your rights if you are elsewhere
This policy is written for a general international audience. If you are in the EEA, the UK or another region with specific privacy law, that law also applies and you may have rights we have not listed here. Ask and we will explain.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update the date at the top of this page if anything changes. For a significant change we will contact existing clients directly.
